Please note – we can only deal with written/emailed complaints. You should mark your complaint "for the attention of the Office Manager" and it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
I'm happy to have a "Look-See-Meeting" with you. We meet at a convenient location and I chat with you to see if I can be of assistance. You, meanwhile, can see me and hear what I have to say and how I say it. So we each get to look and see if we can do business together.
